> For as long as you continue your subscription, you have first opportunity to renew the same seats.
> Replacement tickets can be issued at no cost up to performance time at the box office. (Please be prepared to show identification of the original purchaser.)
> Series subscribers have the option of trading their tickets for a different date of the same event.
> Subscribers have first priority to purchase tickets to add-on performances and may also purchase additional tickets to individual events at the subscriber discount price.

ORDER EARLY FOR BEST SEATS! Subscriptions are filled in the order they are received. Renewals from current subscribers are processed first. Orders— for new subscriptions and from current subscribers wishing to change seats— are filled subject to availability. You’ll be contacted by phone or E-mail to choose your seats. Your check or credit card will be processed when we receive your order.

Tickets will be mailed in late August. Because of the variety of venues and the differences in number and day of week of performances, subscribers may not have identical seats for each show.

How to Purchase Individual Event Tickets

Tickets for individual events will officially go on sale July 1.

However, you may purchase tickets in advance of this date by calling our ticket office at 918-688-6112, M-F, 10a-5p.  Your order will be filled after season subscriber tickets are issued.  (You’ll take advantage of the lowest fees by calling us direct.)

After July 1, you may  also purchase individual tickets by going in person to the Tulsa PAC Ticket Office, calling the PAC Ticket office at (918) 596-7111 or visiting myticketoffice.com

Refunds
We’re sorry, but once tickets are sold, they may not be refunded except in case of a cancelled event. Series subscribers have the option of trading their tickets for a different performance. If you’re unable to use your tickets, you may want to donate them and receive a tax deductible donation. Please request documentation.

Late Seating Latecomers or those who step out of the theatre during a performance will be seated at the discretion of the house staff at appropriate breaks in the performance.  You must arrive on time to be seated in your designated seats.

Ticket and Age Requirements
Everyone who attends a performance, regardless of age, must have a ticket and sit in a seat. If you are unsure of a performance’s suitability for children, please call 918-688-6112.

Parking
Parking is available in the parking lots and structures adjacent to the Tulsa Performing Arts Center.

Dress
We think attending the performing arts should be fun and relaxing, not stuffy. Wear what you are most comfortable wearing to a public event. Casual is great—if you want to dress up a bit you’ll find there are others in the audience who do also. Just be yourself. The show is on stage.
